It's Easy

1. Register for FREE!
2. Post your job for FREE by filling out a simple form.
3. Students from top colleges will search our database and apply for your job if it fits into their schedules and they feel they are qualified.
4. Review the skills, experience, performance ratings, and
   profile pictures (everything except the contact information)
   of all the students that apply for your job for FREE online!
   To hire a student, you must contact him or her directly.
5. Select 3 of your job's strongest candidates and
   pay only $12.99 to release their contact information.
        Additional contact information is $1.99 per student.
6. Call or e-mail the job applicants you selected
   to arrange your final hiring details.
